There is a known issue where if a SSO user logs in to a computer and the session times out or the user closes out of MatrixCare without logging off and a non-SSO user attempts to log in it will display Invalid username/password. There are several workarounds including: clearing cache and cookies (for directions on how to clear cache/cookies, see below), utilizing a different browser, and/or ensuring the prior user utilizes the Log Off option versus letting the system time out or closing out of MatrixCare without logging out. This is scheduled to be resolved with the 2026.11 release.
